Return & Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. However, we only accept returns under the following condition:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at info@helloxello.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos or video evidence.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

2. No Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, incorrect address, or aesthetic preference.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after we receive the returned product.
